don't know just how true all this is, but it does make some sense to me. And it sounds just like something God would do, so I'm passing it on to you. Here is just a short list of examples of "Whole Food Signatures."
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are in deed pure heart and blood food.
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
Kidney Beans actua lly heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
Eggplant, Avocadoes and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemica l cons tituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male sperm and increase the numbers of S perm a S well to overcome male sterility.
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
Grapefruits, Oranges, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes

I read a boat load of magazines and periodicals..lots of health stuff...so occassionally I feel compelled to share what I've learned with you all...heehehehehhehe
1. Tylenol is the number one cause for liver disease in the US. NEVER take tylenol after drinking alcohol.
2. advil, Motrin IB, and naproxen (aleve) can raise your blood pressure and possibly harm your stomach, liver, and kidneys if used long term
3. olive oil can REDUCE your risk of heart disease..it actually helps like other good fats.
4. not all fats are bad and some are so good that life without them wouldn't be as healthy: olive oil, avocados, walnuts, salmon,
5. potatoes are GOOD for you..eat them baked or oven fried with the skin onnnnnnnnnnn
6. aspirin reduces your risk of heart attacks and strokes..adding plavix offers no greater protection than aspirin alone and it will increase the risk of harmful bleeding if taken in addition to aspirin.
7. loosing your sense of smell is one of the first signs of dementia or alzheimer's disease
8. glucosamine WORKS on pain and stiffness from arthritis and reduces the usage of OTC pain relievers
9. Ambien is used for sleep but a major side effect is sleep walking and sleep eating...I will not be on that ...for sure!
10. kegel exercises are the best defense against urinary problems like incontinence, stress incontinence, etc.
11. having a good outlook when facing cancer does nothing to change your survival chances. It may make your treatments easier to handle but it does nothing to help you survive.
12. if you have kidney disease and high blood pressure and take more than one blood pressure medication ask your doctor if you can take one in the morning and the other at night...studies show this significantly improves your kidney function and maintains a more steady blood pressure.
13. cold sores are a contagious virus that need to be treated with anti viral medications..such as valtrex or famvir..same thing..famvir is over 100.00 for famvir...valtrex is about 35.00.
14. yogurt is wonderful for you
15. st john's wort does work for depression
16. meditation is also very good for depression and high blood pressure.
17. Nuts are heart healthy
I think that's all for now

It seems that the one lesson in life that is quite dependable is the one where all things change. What goes up, must come down.... Things go round in a circle.....and everything in life goes in cycles.
Last week I was in such a tizzy from my new job..I made redromanrose very nervous. Well, I was nervous too. This week was much better..I carefully and easily visited 5-7 patients a day, the paperwork has been done in the morning and then finished at night. I've been getting in my gym days and my hair and skin looks better. I've slept more and better too. I am still eating quite a lot but that has been my life...I am trying to chose more nutritiously. I decided to do less work for a second hospital I do visits for...even though I like the work, it got to be too much. They were very understanding and just hired two new nurses so I wasn't sticking them. Last week was also my "off" week at work...each month we all have one week where the schedule is changed accommodating other needs of the agency..it is a stressful week but not normally like that all the time. I realized a full time job is a full time commitment. I only have a certain amount of time off..and I have a lot of responsibility. The good thing is that I can get my dinner cooked in the morning (highly important to me), get to the gym, and have a productive day at work. So this week, I really like my job. I couldn't stay home all day anyway.
Just like the economy ..we are up and down and instead of thinking that is abnormal maybe we should think it is normal and expect life to be that way...so when things are down or feeling slow or unlikeable..we can take a deep breath and wait for it to pass and then when things are up and great we should focus and enjoy as much as possible without overly taken advantage of it.
I am grateful I never, ever really had to dwell on the bad of anything for a really long time. Bad things happen and then they pass...I guess I am really lucky.
Lucky I am.
